• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
• No-call, no-show appointments will result in a forfeited deposit and may be subject to an additional charge of up to 20% of the service total.
